Setup Time In Arena?

I was wondering if it were possible to make a longer setup time in the arena mode, longer than just 5..4..3..2..1.. BEGIN!

You can extend the actual time before the 5-second countdown. Other than that, I don't think so.

Well that would work, but I want BLU to be able to move during that 5-second-plus time

What you could do is make an animated texture that counts down, and put that above the doorways (I know what map this question is for).
