Help! My CP Map Isn't Working

I have a team_control_point_master in my map, and a game_rules thing, but either my neutral point starts locked for no reason and my outer 2 points don't show, or the first red point, first blue point and neutral point start locked and the outer two don't show on the HUD, what's wrong? None of them have Start Locked or Start Disabled enabled.

edit. Forgot to mention, it's a single-round CP map, so I didn't think I would need team_control_point_round

Have you checked the indexes of each point? They have to be unique.

How do I check the indexes? Or do you mean some of the stuff in Properties?

Yes, under "Default team" its Index, and they should all be diffrent

Group Index is in there too and should all be the same.
