Reflections showing up as missing texture?

env_cubemap atleast 16units above the ground should fix it. you can read more about it on the developer wiki

You need to build cubemaps. It's been explained several times all over the forum, so try your luck with the search function in the tutorial sub-forum.

Also, not relevant, but why the screenshots in .png? It took me like a minute to download the picture.

Normally I'd have said, "what're you on, dial up?" but no, its image shack because image shack is shit.

In the time I've managed to write this post I've downloaded all of 5% of the one image.

The screenshot is also fucking huge, at 1680px × 1050px

I didn't know they would be that hard to view o_O

Anyway, I didn't know about cubemaps since I've only been mapping for less than 5 days xD
But thanks, I added cubemaps and now it works!

Most people just do "bind f5 jpeg" in console because you can almost guarantee thats an acceptable format to upload, where as png isn't always allowed to be uploaded. Plus jpegs are smaller in filesize. (all in all its just preference)
