1. Make a small level
2. Write the distance between spawn point and wall
3. Fire a rocket without moving or rotating view
4. Simultaneously start a stopwatch or any other time measure equipment
5. Wait for it to hit the wall
6. Simultaneously stop the stopwatch/whatever
7. Divide distance rocket traveled by the time it traveled
8. ???

That's actually going to be quite inaccurate as far as precise timing goes :p, but for Jood's needs, it should be fine.

I'm pretty sure that's not the right way to do it anyway, assuming the direct hit's speed is 1960 hammer units/second, it's speed is 180% of that of the normal rocket launcher so; 1960/180=10.888888888888888888888888888889 (or 11 :p), 11x100=1100 hammer units/second.
