adjusted the health/ammo on mid
-Raised flank route to get a much needed height advantage for attackers
-Moved skybox back from that side so rockets can explode off it.
-Added ramp to box Railcar to allow spys to get above
-added nodraw to allow more fairness with spys and teles

Removed the weird ramp thing which was the only height variations
Replaced it with a new idea with some ramps and higher door flanking routes
added some other height for flanking
