Converted into regular ctf with no other changes from x3
Twinpeaks now uses Blade's king of the flag setup.

-left side path out of main tunnel is now a switchback
-added cover to left path
-added ankle deep water to entire lower area
-added thin suspended path from outer flank to upper
-reduced a few lower area medium health kits to small

This update should fix the sniper issue at mid, add some defensive options to intel areas, and keep players from cheesing the one way doors.

Changes

-fixed players being able to hold open one way doors for intel carriers
-added new elevated area inside intel room
-blocked rooftop access for non mobile classes
-added ramps to middle suspended building
-added signage
-removed buildings at mid and replaced them with hoodoos
-added intel resets to deathpits
-fixed small pipe pathing
