  1. fence update again

    -added small ledges on fences on mid to allow soldiers hit splash easier on them (before it was very hard)
    -added more light on top left entrance to mid
  2. small fence change

    small fence change (on top left balcony entrance to mid) to allow soldiers hit scout on top of the fence easier
  3. more small adjustments

    -vents made a bit smaller
    -added small stairs near left upper exit to mid
    -moved speakers to diffrent position to reduce clutter (now non solid)
    -platform on top of wooden pillars is now angled a bit to make splash easier
    -block on bottom of wooden pillar was made a lot smaller to reduce clutter
    -all stairs have now block bullet to make explosives not lose dmg
    -added some new clipping for better movement
