General:
* fixed borked objective text
* reduced overall spawntimes

Mid Point:
* lowered the point by half and clipped it so you don't to crouch-jump onto it anymore

Mid-Second Lobby:
* moved dumptruck closer to the wall and clipped it better to stop players getting stuck behind it

Second Point:
* clipped off roof I forgot to clip in a1
* increased cap time from 6s to 7s

Last Point:
* pushed the whole thing forward a bit
* increased cap time from 2s to 4s
* sloped the middle route up a bit so the height disadvantage is (hopefully) less of an issue
* remade left-most route to the point to eliminate sightlines
