It is the Medic drawn on a 3 by 5 inch index card. The medic features rough lines, sketch marks, and smudged shading. A lower quality "Medic Symbol" is included alongside the portrait. The picture was taken in a dark room with a florescent monitor and an incandescent lamp.

Feel free to clean this up and use it for your own projects.
