Shipper 2025-06-10

I'm killing Shipper as it's just not working. The layout doesn't work, and I really don't think I like the identity of the map at this point. Modifying it to a point where it does is not something that sounds all that appealing.

Relearned a few things, though. So it wasn't a total waste, I guess.
Big changes on this one.

  • Reworked the capture point. The bridge is dead, long live the shipping containers
  • Heavily altered the flank route to make it less of a drop and more of a natural height variation
  • Reworked spawn to highlight all three exits from spawn
  • Removed the sniper nest (might be readded depending on how testing goes)
Decent-sized list of tweaks; might have missed something along the way lol

  • Altered lighting due to feedback it was too dark (might be a bit too bright in some places now, but this is all temporary anyway)
  • Added props/cover on main bridge
  • Removed the door for the main route to the point and added windows, giving players exiting better visibility of the situation
  • Altered battlements to be more open
  • Flank route filled out and modified. It's now a pair of drop-downs with no way back up except by going to the point
  • Lowered several ceilings
minor fix, entirely forgot to update the time to cap
