updates for some small stuff to address similarly small issues

-added doors to the middle point that open when the cap enables

-moved some pickups around in the "lobby" area
-replaced small ammo in the window shed at mid with a small health
-raised the height of the cliff shack as to prevent players from hiding as easily
-removed the weird pipe at middle and replaced it with a solid brush for the time being
-changed the color of a fence prop in "lobby"
-slightly adjusted a pallet prop
-decreased cap time from 12 seconds to 8 seconds
-added some signage and logos
-improved lighting in areas
-improved clipping
-fixed a skybox culling issue

no new pictures because the changes are minor enough to not matter
