Changelog:
-RespawnWaveTimes are now value 8.9 for both teams, 2nd point adjusts spawning by value 3.
-Lower shutter to 2nd is now faster.
-Last spawns moved around, none of them should face a wall anymore.
-Added more lights near mid.
-Lobby changed
