Release Candidate 3:
- Adjusted capture zone to fit the whole top of the tree trunk
- Added 2 instances of missing blockbullets stair clipping
- Adjusted capture time to 24 seconds (down from 30)
- Adjusted size of ammo pack at spawn
- Removed health pack near spawn
- Added pd_landfall map photos
