*Changed the size of the mid area

Changed the stairs below the Control Point to ramps
Changed the Medium Healthpack below the Control Point to a Large one
Changed so the caution tape marking the Capture Area ar non solid
Fixed a gap between Blue Spawndoor and the glass
Removed the water at the dock
Fixed the lighting with not compressing the already compressed map file (compressed with bspzip)
