changes:
-added an ammo pack on the balcony area to the right of the inside area
-cleaned up the props on the balcony area
-changed the ammo pack in the inside area from a medium one to a full one
-added a platform next to the rock near the balcony as an alternate access point for spies and scouts
-the point can no longer be capped while standing on the crates
