I've come back to this after being a bit demotivated for a while, hope you enjoy :) This isn't a big update, just some layout changes to mid
Double digits! The de-engineering update mostly worked, so it's just smallish changes.
Made the map better, hopefully engineer isn't as strong lol
Hopefully the last alpha version of the map before beta, unless any glaring issues arise. Also, spawn isn't stupid anymore lol
Fixed the minor mistake in the name. Other than that, I got so bored of waiting for a map test I basically just did some detailing and stuff.

Misc Changes:​

  • Renamed the map from Dualtower to Cotswold, because Cotswold is a better, more memorable name than Dualtower and fits the theme more
  • Attempted to optimize the map, but this is limited by the fact I have no idea what I am doing
  • Started repacking the map as A5 was originally 28MB and I didn't want to eat away at your storage space

Gameplay Changes:​

  • Added 2 small ammo packs to mid
  • Added a small health pack to the shack at mid to try and make it more useful
  • Upgraded the the health packs at The Pub at mid from small to medium

Detail Changes:​

  • Detailed the building at mid, now it looks like a pub so I'm going to start referring to it as The Pub
  • Added lots of snow
Mostly changed mid quite a bit.

Layout Changes:​

  • Made mid smaller for a variety of reasons (shorten sight lines, scale reasons, and to make holding mid feel more cohesive)
  • Replaced the tree at mid with a shack
  • Added a building at the mid entrances to fix sightlines and create a better route between the two buildings
  • Created more room space at mid buildings
  • Changed cover at flag spawn
  • Shortened walls at mid separating flag area from high ground

Detail Changes:​

  • Lightly detailed some buildings at mid just to get a sense of what the theme will be (Snowy British Village)

Gamemode Changes:​

  • Removed dispenser and mini-crits from flag as the flag holder didn't become more aggressive as a result.
(Almost) only gamemode changes have been implemented as I want to see how it effects gameplay alone.

Gamemode Changes:
  • The player holding the flag now get mini-crits
  • The flag holder can now enter the enemies territory past their tape. They cannot enter their own. (This is indicated via coloured tape)
  • The flag is reset if dropped in enemy territory.
  • The flag now has a glow effect

Layout Changes:​

  • A death-pit has been added to mid
