[HUD] No Spectator Bars 06102019

Reupload to fix download error

Fixed once again and works in MvM too somewhat

Should work once again

Hopefully this now gets updated

I don't know what happened but download button downloads wrong version.

-Made the HUD compatible with Jungle Update

This time only one version with texts such as camera controls removed.
