Update notes:
-Added a 3D skybox! Look at those pretty islands! Look at the shoddy craftsmanship on those distant boats!
-Detailed the inside and a little outside of map central, which will heretofore be referred to as "the Pirate Pub."
-Slight layout adjustments in preparation for a potential major overhaul of the Dock area
-Deepened the water further from the shores to prevent excessive sniper cheese
-Changed the water texture! Don't you just love that new seawater smell?

-Through a trivial flag, ensured that the boats would not cause players to become stuck in their geometry on turns.
-Likewise, removed other previous patch-up jobs for the boats, including team train watchers, trigger pushes, etc.
This map is now officially best enjoyed by playing the Pirates of the Caribbean theme on a loop for the entirety of the gameplay.

-Detailed the buildings a bit, including adding slanted roofs to all buildings, windows, some little pirate-y scenes here and there. You'll feel like you're back home in Port Royal, matey!

-Improved boat collisions by adding team train watchers, trigger pushes to prevent getting stuck in walls, and smoother pathing to prevent hard turns
-Added a "point tracker" to improve navigation and encourage fights to occur on the point
