- Completely overhauled the nav mesh, replacing bad bidirectional connectors with monodirectional connectors and vice versa.
- Deleted unnecessary/useless-to-bots nav panels.

- Deleted the dumb connector at RED Last that would cause them to get stuck on a railing for a while.
- Deleted as many unnecessary nav panels as I could find.
- Touched up the Badwater section's ledge connections a bit.
tr_cutout_b1fix:
- Removed funky nav panels inside the train tunnels. (This prevents bots from occasionally slamming themselves against the train gates)
- Marked certain around mid as unblockable for when the special surprise happens and the layout changes a bit.
- Replaced the nav panels near spawn marked with "nav_mark AVOID" with white space to hopefully fix bots getting stuck on cutouts.
-> This fix primarily affects BLU Team as they now are not likely to walk through the middle of their spawn base at all, instead going through the 1-way door.
-> RED Engineer Bots will usually ignore this fix in favour of ramming into the Pyro & Heavy Cutouts at the RED spawn, for some reason.
- Edited some bidirectional connections (light blue) to monodirectional (dark blue) to help bots in certain stairways.
