Competitive steel-type map

Attack / Defend 5 cp, steel type map. Layout and rewards are similar to steel.
Detailing / texturing is a work in progress and is subject to plenty of change still.
Main differences:
-E is instantly accessible by all classes but is on low ground, (inspired from cp_reckoner mid).
-No door between A & B, (hopefully) providing more options on how to setup initial defense.
-C takes away a bridge and closes a door instead of providing bridges.

Due to the E point being instantly accessible by all classes, there is more of a need for red to directly defend E. Blue can use this to draw red off the other points and capture them to gain advantages that will allow blue to more easily lock out red on E.
