72hr Jam 2022 cp_charge cp_charge_reupload

I made a attack/defense map for the 72hr summer jam (never done maps before, feedback please :D)
I wanted to fix some of the problems that are in the map like lightning and textures but i dont have any time right now but i hope that it is good enough to get a 72hr jam medal.
