Uploading new version due to TF2maps metadata issues (http://tf2maps.net/threads/broken-downloads.29392/). No gameplay changes.
Pushing a minor fix for some game-breaking bugs while I work on the next major update.

- Fixed a fence that could be shot through
- Fixed the Blu forward resupply lockers not working
Got busier than I expected these past few months, but finally found the time to overhaul last point and make some big changes to first.

- Last point has been completely overhauled
- Significant changes to first point, including complete removal of cave route
- Added a large door to the first point
- Upgraded a medium ammopack at first to full
- Red's first spawn is now pushed back after first point is capped, rather than second
- Made the pit around the third point shallower
- Added a ramp to access the balcony above the hill at second
- Tweaked Red's second spawn a bit
- Fixed a few bugs with spawn doors
