arena_rivercross alpha_3fix

alpha 3fix is on with some snipersidelines fixed

my new alpha to this map
the changes are mainly visual and some gameplay changes:
small health and ammokit are gone (near the fence by spawn)
sniper sideline is fixed
a radius by the river that drains 3 hp per second
better looking controle point

new stuff added this took me longer then normally, hope you guys like it. let me know if there are flaws with it!

here is the second alpha some fixes here:
the point now does not float anymore
the bridges are gone and replaced with wood and tires
the skybox is set more up
there is a block bullets by the spawndoors (so you cant shoot in the spawnrooms)
the name is changed to arena_rivercross
