just extract to your "Steam\steamapps\NAME\team fortress 2\tf" directory
read tutorial prior to downloading please. Use this model in a location players wont be able to see the back side of it. If you want the SMD & .qc to make a better version with xsi or such.. just message me and i can send it to you some how.
