    Imo the blue is totally wrong, its currently this - Blue

    and should be this - Blue

    Also the labels on the drum wouldn't change from their bright orange just because the rest of it is blue....

    You need Photoshop + know how to use it to change colors. (or another advanced paint)
    A mdl->smd decompiler
    A smd->mdl compiler
    A file GCF extractor (like GCFscape) to extract the model files
    Knowledge on adding skins in the .qc files (there's a lot info on the wiki)

    Piss easy in photoshop, takes about 4 clicks and some slider dragging. Nothing fancy.

    Image --> Adjustments --> Hue/Saturation

    fuck with the sliders until its the colour you want.


    Also cool stuff, may be simple but no one thought of it yet, and it saves the people without the applications to do it a bit of time.
