There are the textures, The left texture is the main texture for the skin and the right one is for the one texture that is sprinkled in, like blood splatters.

Just some neutral critique but I would recommend a dark gray instead of a true black background. In my opinion, it doesn’t look good for the game style because then it looks like vantablack whereas nothing natural irl is truest black.

I kinda like the simple shapes but they have the same orientation on the paint, the texture isn’t seamless, and they appear drawn on and jagged; smooth strokes or selection tool could fix this in a proper editor. The paint is also devoid of good and filling detail (shape outlines, inner squiggles, maybe consider to add?) and often times the color for shapes and images featured on the official paints are often less saturated and have a consistent color palette/theme.

The reason why the patterns looks like its drawn on is because, i used the pencil tool draw the patterns on layer. I am not an artist, this War Paint is just for a friend. I liked how it looked so i deiced to upload it to the workshop. This is the first time in a long that that i drew anything that is not a straight line. Should I have used the marker tool instead? Also what do you mean by inner squiggles? Do you want me to put the tf2 logo into the triangles, or anything pattern?

If you intend to work farther for the workshop, that was namely just a suggestion to make it more lively, but it’s your discretion on what you want to do.

I'm not a fan of these tbh. They look way to simple and I could do something like this in 5 min in photoshop.
Your textures doesn't even loop :/
I don't want to disencourage you, in fact I would like to motivate you to try something more complex. Get your image editing tool to know more and try something more advanced then simple shapes on a bland background.

Also look up how to loop a texture, it's not difficult once you know how it works.

I have started this only 5 days ago so I am trying to learn about drawing. I never done anything like this before. Also I am not an artist. The Black Void Wat Paint was mainly just for a friend. I also don't have a drawing tablet. I am working with a mouse. I need to work within my limitations.

You don't need a tablet to create something pretty in a software. It's more about getting to know your tool. If you are new, well then just play around with it more and its features. If you know the options then you can think of something more advanced.
So I recommend gplaying around and looking up the functions of whatever you are using.

I am going to work with my tool and get better but it's only been 6 days, you got to give me a bit more time before saying I need to get better. I know I have to get better by doing more with the tools that I have. Now if it was a few mouths in and I have not improved then I would understand. But it's only been 6 days.

Don't worry. Didn't know it's your very first experience with image editing tools. Everyone has to start somewhere so if you enjoy making textures, take my advices and learn by doing.

I am planning on working the dominoes War Paint to have small Dominoes instead of the entire War Paint being the Dominoes. I just need to learn how to maker Semi 3d rectangles.

The second skin is by far the best. It almost looks like the weapon is wrapped up.
