First lottery ticket 2 won, second lottery ticket 6 won, third lottery ticket 4 won, fourth lottery ticket 3 wins

Either there are very very few VIPs, or I'm suspicious towards that random number site

around 18 tickets or so were claimed. the site chooses a random person to win automatically when i hit a sort of 'end lottery' button.
