-fixed an issue which could trap people in there spawns if the capture points where captured at a specific point

-changed the capture times of the satalite/powerplant CP

-next update may contain custom CP hud assets
a new route to and from red C added
made spawn doors lock when no longer a valid spawn
made some windows see through at blu warehouse

added signs around the map to aid in navigation

looking for someone who can help me get custom version of sign 92 for the other CP's as well as custom CP icons for each area powerplant warehouse dam satellite and the base icon
also changed the signs at blue final building
fixed some texture fighting and nodraw near red base

Revamped Spawns to be more sane

now you are rewarded for each capture

capture 1 enemy point spawn is moved up to your territory and spawn time reduced

cap both enemys points and you are rewarded with spawn in enemy territory to assault the final CP spawn time is also reduced

took some advice from one of the guys in the eu imp and made the hud swapped which team was on which side
adjusted some signs and clipping issues
with some spawn room tweaks to make them work as intended
